Really it’s no use , running according to a routine is a lot better than running a lot once , I had an idea and it worked well , strengthen your resolve using a note , just stick it somewhere so you can see it everyday , I stuck it near my computer screen (because I sit all day before my computer screen ) and it really had a good effect , when you start you just can’t stop because you don’t want to blow what you did so far , you could put a calender near it too , so you can keep adding some sort of a symbol every day to state that you did your routine on that day , and always keep in mind that you don’t want to leave a single day without that symbol , if you didn’t do it one day you just do the double the next day and so on , try it , and say I WILL , not I wish I could , not I would like to , no ,but I will .
